Each month, DMC has a monthly company meeting where everyone from across the country meets in person or via video conference. The meetings are a great way to share knowledge, introduce new employees, celebrate anniversaries, and talk about where DMC is headed.
One of the best parts is closing the meeting with an eagerly-anticipated video update from one DMC office. This DMC tradition started in our Boston office, and now everyone takes turns.
