Beth is a SHRM-CP certified member of the HR team in Chicago, also assisting with recruiting and onboarding. Prior to DMC, she was a restaurant manager where she developed strong customer service, operations management skills, and a strong passion for food and cooking – for which her cat is always begging. She loves to meet people and hear their stories. Beth graduated from Michigan State University with her B.F.A in Theatre Performance.
